• WIPHOLD is over 50% black-owned and over 60% women-owned

DISTRIBUTION TO SHAREHOLDERS & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:

• Distributions to broad-based empowerment shareholders total R52 million to date

Management control

• Board of directors 100% women
• Executive directors are 100% black women
• Management and employee shareholding is over 70% black women

Employment equity

• Majority of employees are black women

Business development and empowerment

• WIPHOLD actively implements business strategies to empower its beneficiaries and the communities in which its beneficiaries and/or investee companies’ operations are located
• BEE enterprise development: introducing new BEE companies to BEE deals
• WIPHOLD is a level 1 empowerment contributor as per our Empowerdex rating
